In office since morning without Dip feeling great. Need your support, the day is not as bad as i though it would be……
It is a roller coaster ride, just remember that. Sometimes it is so easy you wonder why you didn’t quit years ago. I’ve actually found myself saying that this quitting thing is so easy I can do it anytime, I might as well slap one in, talk about fucked up thinking. There is strength in numbers, I visit this sight every time I find myself struggling. Keep up the good work, it gets easier everyday
