  1. Day 3 here.

  2. I’m at 6 days and suprised the cravings today were more than day 1-3. whats up with that? Anyone have similar experience. I am nic free but afraid eating thru the cravings might send me to my grave early

  3. Its a day without something I desire. Oh well. I have been busy working on my new knee. Sorry I haven’t posted a statement. I realize one thing, and nicotine is not good, for health, family and friends, as Rob said. My damn knee hurts and I refuse to run down to the store and get what I want. This sucks at times when the desire to chew comes in. I have realized that its just a bad or sick comfort. Today has been like 36 LONG HOT DAYS. Good thing I remain strong and live out here in Montana where its cold. Remain Strong like Ken said, and you new and old quitters will make it.

  4. Hello, I’m new to this 72 days for me.

  5. Day 10. Rage is still an issue. Starting to wonder when that will end. Big time cravings last 2 days. Still nic free!

    • Rage is like shooting yourself in your body somewhere, Get rid of that thought. Stay Strong with your personal needs, and don’t forger that your family and friends and parents our looking forward for the day you won’t have them damn cravings. Stick It Out.

  6. Day 9 for myself. Can’t get online all the time so bear with me.

  7. Day-44 went on a 6 hour road trip yesterday. It was tough. It’s a lot harder picking out hard candy than buying my favorite can of snuff. But I did make it to today.

  8. Day 302 – One day at a time adds up. Quitting again today with all of you. If you need anything, send me a pm. Hope all of you have your lifelines for the weekend. Football, beer, partying etc have all led to caves. Be prepared and stay quit. Be men of your word and honor. By posting roll, we give our word to be nicotine free today. It’s hard to quit. Not nearly as hard to keep my word. I’m quitting with all of you again today.

  9. Day 6, told my wife last night about how I’ve been lying to her for about 5-6 years now when she asked me to quit. It’s felt great to get that monkey off my back. She’s pissed but has every right to be. But I’m feeling better and know I’m done with nic.

  10. Day 10, life is getting better. Changing my routine around along with
Exercise really has helped with triggers and craves.

  11. Day 6 of quit still cloudy but doing it
