  1. Congratulations to everyone on here for another day free from chew. Josh – that is a huge hurdle you jumped over today. You can look back on that moment and use it to give you strength when the next hurdle comes.

  2. Day 2…have a big trigger coming up when I get off work though….hunting. I’ve always dipped when hunting, so this will be interesting.

  3. Day 23! Had a temptation yesterday cause I was with a buddy who dips and offered me some (he forgot I quit). But didn’t give in and won’t for the rest of my life.

  4. Good Morning Guys! Eric B here, day 4 tobacco free, day 2 of not using Nic Gum. Today is better than yesterday, felt like i was in the twilight zone and zombies were munching on my brain. 32 years of my 45 yrs on this earth i have been dependent on tobacco. My son is 21 and also quitting with me, Glad to see everyone checking in on roll call, hang in there guys and don’t give up.

    • At least you got through the hardest part, days 1-3. No nic in your body. You’ll still crave but as the days pass they will be easier to fight. Remember just stay busy! That’s what I do. If you think about dip, just focus on something else. Go out and do something you enjoy. Like for me I’ll go out in the garage and start working on my project car. Gets my mind off the chew. Good luck man you can do it!

  6. Day 5. Getting alittle easier. Erik right behind you with grizzly. Rob try some seeds at work.

  7. Day 10. Double digits. Still very hard at work and after I eat, but most of fog is gone. For self, family, and friends.

  8. Day 14, kicking Kodiaks ass.
